We believe that accommodation is not just about spending the night. It’s about the feeling of being in a place where you feel welcome. Pension Splněný sen (Fulfilled Dream) was born from our own desire to create a place where people can stop, relax, and be together. It is also our fulfilled dream — to take care of guests, share with them the local peace, comfort, and joy of ordinary things.

We create a space where guests feel natural, relaxed, and welcome — and not just people, but also their four-legged companions. We are a place where dogs are truly welcome, not just tolerated. We know that a vacation is best when the whole family can be together.

We are building an environment with a homely, caring atmosphere. One where you are greeted in the morning by the smell of freshly baked buns and a homemade breakfast, which is included in every stay, during the day you can choose activities according to your mood – whether you want to relax by the pool or read by the fireplace, take a walk in the peaceful countryside or engage in sports in the guesthouse. Upon your return, a homemade dinner awaits you and a special menu for your dog ​​friend. In the evening, you can watch the star-studded sky from the garden or relax in our wellness area.

We enjoy coming up with tailor-made events, whether it’s a corporate meeting, a family celebration, or your wedding day. We can also meet at some of the culinary or entertainment events that we regularly organize.

You can find us in Pavlovice u Jestřebí, in a peaceful landscape on the edge of the Kokořínsko-Máchův kraj Protected Landscape Area. Instead of crowded tourist routes, quiet forest paths, meadows and nature await you here, where you can enjoy walks together with your dog or children — without crowds, cars and rush.
